As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Sales Engineer" with below requirements for our multinational client operating in Automotive Aftermarket.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree,
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Engineer in the Automotive Aftermarket industry, especially in spare parts
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and automotive spare parts,
- Experienced in working with sales channels such as distributors and wholesalers,
- Ability to analyze market and competitors,
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events,
- Advanced level of English,

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets,
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation,
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements,
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns,
- Stay informed about the company's product offerings, features, and benefits,
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to customers,
- Provide product demonstrations and training as needed,
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences,
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product positioning and strategy,
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information.
