Tery has over 25 years of professional experience, with over 20 years of recruitment industry experience. Tery joined Reed in 2012 as Consultant and has progressed to manage Executive Recruitment projects, as well as managing high-volume recruitment services.
Esra has started her professional career at 2007 and joined REED at the beginning of 2020. Before REED she had experiences as Corporate Communications Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Director and has broad range of HR Professional network with her previous experiences.
Esra has over 12 years of professional work experience. She started her professional career within the FMCG industry in the sales department. Then she continued to work in the field of human resources, which is her greatest desire. Esra has experience in Permanent Recruitment, Temporary Recruitment, RPO, Mass Recruitment, and Project Management in the recruitment industry.
Ayça has a strong HR experience in the Retail, Pharmaceutical and Packaging sectors, covering all HR functions for over 14 years. She joined Reed in 2020 as a Consultant and utilised her HR experience to offer a consultative approach within recruitment.
Gizem joined Reed as a consultant in 2019 and brought over 8 years HR & HR Consultancy experience, including her experience of managing tailor-made volume recruitment projects for Pharma and NGO Industries. During her career at Reed, Gizem has managed both Temporary and Mid to Executive level recruitment for roles within Sales, Marketing and HR. Shee has built a very strong pipeline of high-quality candidates in these sectors.
Ayşen has over 6 years of Recruitment experience and joined Reed in 2021. Prior to joining Reed, she held experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare and Executive Recruitment Industries. Ayşen focuses on Healthcare and Engineering Industries since she has large network of talents within these areas
Enes has over 7 years of recruitment experience in the Service and Consultancy industries. He has a proven experience in blue-collar recruitment, including generating passive candidates and engage various sourcing channels for his projects. He is in charge for mass recruitment for blue collar positions and technical recruitment for temporary/permanent assignments for Manufacturing Industry.
Dilara Kurt brings 6 years of professional experience to Reed. She joined as a candidate Researcher in April 2021, where she was responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for RPO and Temporary recruitment projects.
Gamze has specialized experience predominantly in executive search, talent mapping, and managerial level head-hunt projects, but also in white-collar and blue-collar volume recruitment processes. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Guidance and Counseling from Boğaziçi University.
Selma has experience in permanent, temporary, and outsourced recruitment solutions, as well as covering all payroll operational processes. She is specialized in Manufacturing and Automotive sectors. She has been working as candidate Researcher in İzmir Branch Office as of March 2021.
Ece joined the Reed İzmir Branch Office in 2018 as a Recruitment Consultant. During this time, she worked in temporary blue-collar positions and white-collar recruitment projects. During her time at Reed, has provided recruitment support in all positions in the Engineering, Manufacturing, HVAC and FMCG sectors and is involved in volume recruitment projects in the manufacturing business area. Ece also supports payroll service systems, and manages projects for Specialist to Top level Management for various Industries based on her previous experiences.
Çiğdem has over 14 years of sales support and sales development experience in the Technology, Human Resources, and Consultancy industries. She is supporting the Reed Turkey team in their growth, starting from February 2021 as “Lead Generator Executive”. She has a deep customer focus with a thorough understanding of the recruitment Industry market dynamics.
