As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Sales Engineer" with below requirements for our multinational client operating in Automotive Aftermarket.


  • Bachelor's Degree,
  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Engineer in the Automotive Aftermarket industry, especially in spare parts
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and automotive spare parts,
  • Experienced in working with sales channels such as distributors and wholesalers,
  • Ability to analyze market and competitors,
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events,
  • Advanced level of English,


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets,
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation,
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements,
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns,
  • Stay informed about the company's product offerings, features, and benefits,
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions to customers,
  • Provide product demonstrations and training as needed,
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences,
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product positioning and strategy,
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information.
