As Reed Turkey, we are looking for an "Industrial Controller" with below requirements for our leading client operating in Manufacturing industry.
Job Description
- Leading the industrial controlling function in a manufacturing environment,
- Key position for plant financial data for the Management Team,
- Analyse production, material, supply chain and other operational expenses; track and perform efficiency analysis and feasibility studies for cost improvement projects and Capex decisions (i.e. Payback calculations),
- Analyzing Production transactions for raw material cost, machine labor and outside processing and adjusting as necessary,
- Ensuring accuracy of standard costs including purchase price variance and production variances,
- Controlling Inventory levels and make OSMI/NRV analysis, support improvement projects related to inventory reduction,
- Carrying out of investments as well as reporting deviations and supervising fixed assets of the facility,
- Making budget-actual, last forecast-actual variance analysis for all cost categories,
- Monitoring and review of accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness and resolving accounting discrepancies,
- Preparation of meaningful and timely analysis of accounting and financial data for Finance Manager and Plant Management to enable them to make the best business decisions,
- Leading month end closing procedures, perform all std costing and material ledger activities,
- Prepare and present plant’s monthly operational KPIs and their correlation with financial results to support Department Managers and the Plant Management,
- Building, tracking, and discussing KPI sets with relevant functions to support decision making,
- Pursue the Plant Budget Planning, Controlling and Design the Rolling Forecast cycle,
- Identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the organization,
- Acting as a contact person for all relevant counterparts in cost controlling and cost accounting issues,
- Providing necessary help for internal and independent audit process,
- Engage in SAP Projects and other Project implementations when needed.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or relevant departments.
- CPA, CMA or MBA degrees is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles of Finance and Controlling in a manufacturing environment or worked for Big4 companies.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced Proficiency in SAP CO module, prior knowledge of FI/ML/AA modules.
- Prior knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or Analysis for Excel BI tools is a plus.
- Prior knowledge of Cognos Reporting Tool is a plus.
- Ability of analytical thinking, teamwork and powerful interaction skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a tight deadline-oriented environment.
- Understanding of IFRS principles and their applications on manufacturing environment.
