As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Senior Specialist - Controlling" with below requirements for our client operating in Food sector.

By covering this İstanbul based position, you will be directly reporting to the Senior Financial Controlling Manager. You will be a part of a team which is heavily involved in strategic and financial figures by supporting different stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Finance and Controlling roles preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Audit background would be an asset.
• Experience in inflation accounting is preferred.
• SAP / FI CO background is an asset.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a self-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Description

• Prepare month-end closing, year-end closing, and reporting packages.
• Analyze sales data and prepare revenue forecasts and profitability reports,
• Oversee audit activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business plans.
• Develop rolling forecasts and conduct P&L reviews.
• Perform SKU-based profitability analysis.
• Implement overhead cost controlling measures.
• Act as a bridge between finance and sales teams to enhance processes
• Analyze sales-related costs and report performance levels to identify improvement opportunities.
