As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Senior Specialist - Controlling" with below requirements for our client operating in Food sector.
By covering this İstanbul based position, you will be directly reporting to the Senior Financial Controlling Manager. You will be a part of a team which is heavily involved in strategic and financial figures by supporting different stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Finance and Controlling roles preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Audit background would be an asset.
- Experience in inflation accounting is preferred.
- SAP / FI CO background is an asset.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a self-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Description
- Prepare month-end closing, year-end closing, and reporting packages.
- Analyze sales data and prepare revenue forecasts and profitability reports,
- Oversee audit activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business plans.
- Develop rolling forecasts and conduct P&L reviews.
- Perform SKU-based profitability analysis.
- Implement overhead cost controlling measures.
- Act as a bridge between finance and sales teams to enhance processes
- Analyze sales-related costs and report performance levels to identify improvement opportunities.
