Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field with a successful academic record, master degree is an asset
- Min 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG marketing
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Good knowledge of Office systems such as Excel and Power Point
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Job Description
- Discover consumer and retailer actionable insights and turn them into executable business opportunities,
- Display and maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach within uncertainty,
- Adapt global marketing strategy to local focusing on short-term agenda considering long-term effect,
- Lead multiple projects and project teams successfully prioritizing the most business affecting initiatives, encouraging cross-functions to win together,
- Build effective 360 briefs and evaluate activation delivery against it on time, adapting global assets and upgrading with local add-ons (media and in-store focus),
- Manage marketing investment in line with the agreed marketing plan, updated as necessary during the financial year,
- Take accountability for own and/or team’s performance, whatever the situation, demonstrating tangible improvements in performance.
