As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Plant Manager" with below requirements for our client operating in Oil&Gas Sector, in Balıkesir.

Qualifications

• Accountable for safe and reliable operation,  

• Coordinate staff to achieve KPI's and annual plan objectives,  

• Responsible for the compliance of Process Safety & People Capability standards,  

• Support and suggest activities required to ensure reliability and improvement of the plants,  

• Monitor, Alert and Assist the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) in plant operations including shutdown and restart , 

• Support and suggest productivity projects to improve efficiency of processes,  

• Sustain and ensure pipeline production to Customer site and working close with OAM,  

• Comply with the company Integrity criteria on all parts, 

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in plant operations,  

• University degree in Chemical Engineering, 

• Outstanding people management skills,  

• Effective communicator and have a collaborative approach,  

• Overall knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems is highly required,

• Active driver,

• Resident or willing to reside in Balıkesir.
