Qualifications

• University degree obtained from relevant fields of study
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in HR
• Fluent in English
• Proven generalist experience in human resources functions; recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, organizational development and employee relations, compensation and benefits
• Proven experience in producing HR applications/systems in line with company strategies

Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, organizational development and employee relations
• Lead and mentor the HR team by fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and address organizational needs and challenges
