Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of working production experience especially in assembly lines
- Fluent in English - both verbal and writing
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office
- Effective communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical thinking and good conceptual thinking skills
- Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way
- Good at process improvement and project management
- Knows the functioning of the business
- Proactively and respectfully addresses issues and concerns directly and honestly
- Learns from the consequences of decisions
- Male candidates must have completed military service
Job Description:
- Carries out the management and administration of the team
- Supervises the production activities and ensures continuous monitoring of the production
- Takes all necessary measures regarding work safety in the production line and monitors consistently
- Executes the production processes in accordance with production plans
- Carries out studies to determine optimum number of workers based on the production plan (Headcount Planning)
- Determines the required budget, labour, capacity, machinery and material requirements and makes necessary plans accordingly
- Coordinates maintenance and repair activities
- Makes a short- and long-term capacity planning of the line
- Increases productivity by managing process improvement activities
- Measures the performance of employees and makes necessary planning to contribute to their development
- Manages cost reduction studies and follows up & controls of these studies
- Manages of installation projects
