Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Min 5 years of audit and/or financial planning and analysis experience in a multinational company, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Fluent in English
- Advanced level in MS Office (esp. in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Professional knowledge of ERP Programs (preferably Movex)
- Previous experience with Hyperion suite of tools or similar
- Strong accounting skills and understanding of US GAAP
- Experience in Inventory valuation and Standard cost calculation is a merit
- Experience in IFRS and/or SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)
Job Description
- Assist the Finance Head in preparation statements of monthly financial data including income statement and balance sheet. Analysis of financial results as compared to monthly objectives
- Assist the Finance Head to guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions
- Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
- Prepare and report monthly Inventory valuation and inventory KPI’s
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining product costings and standard cost accounting in accordance with SBU best practice and CFAM regulation
- Participate in the determination of price, volume, other cost & sales components
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on the financial status and risks
- Assist Finance Head in the process of the Budget & Forecast development for the Plant including both the income statement and the balance sheet
- Responsible for submitting monthly result and balances to Corporate and insuring compliance with CFAM and GAAP and local statutory requirements
- Gather and organize financial data from Accounting Department
- Take part in monthly preparation of USGAAP reports, GM analysis, and cash flow reports
- Maintain a good working relationship with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the finance function
- Take active role in budget planning and analysis process
- Review closing journal entries and accruals
- Following-up KPI’s of group companies
- Responsible for proper procedures, policies, and controls being in place in order to maintain strong internal controls
- Review and evaluate investments in all operating initiatives.
- Ensure that the appropriate documentation, testing, evaluation, and compliance-related to internal controls (SOX) are in place
