As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Turkey Plant Human Resources Manager" with below requirements for our client operating in Food sector, which is located in Bandırma, Balıkesir.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations Management, Law or equivalent
  • 7-10 year experience in HR generalist role in plant / industrial environment
  • Fluency in Turkish and English
  • Proficiency in IT tools
  • Solid experience in employee relationship and industrial relations
  • Experience in managing integration and/or reorganizational projects: from design to execution
  • Outstanding communication and experience in stakeholder management

Job Description:

  • Role model of integrity and of safe working practises and behaviours for her/himself and others to build a safe, diverse
  • To define, track and report on KPI’s and scorecards associated with regional and local HR strategy
  • To actively support M&A projects as required during the process – from Due Diligence to deal close and cultural integration,
  • To ensure governance and compliance of payroll and HR operations processes according to local legal requirements and respecting regional and global processes and policies,
  • To ensure smooth less delivery of basic processes of employee life cycle in the operating plant: from hiring to exit, from training to workforce planning,
  • To support GM in the definition and execution of organizational changes and manage positive Union and works council relationship as required, including collective agreements negotiations,
  • To manage recruitment assignments effectively ensuring high quality candidates are recruited using cost effective recruitment methods and rigorous selection processes,
  • To strengthen and embed the annual performance management process and ensure Level 1 (Job profile, goals & objectives, performance management) and Level 2 (Individual Development Plans) is in place for Core population,
  • To monitor KPI and scorecard progress, review and drive action plans as required to sustain business and organizational goals,
  • To contribute to personnel budget definition and monitoring,
  • To drive the annual salary and incentives review process in line with business goals and compliant with group governance process,
  • To lead and support effective and engaging internal and external communication in line with ESG strategy,
  • To ensure audit readiness and 0 corrective actions for own area of responsibility,
  • Is an effective, accountable, valued and collaborative member of the local Management Team,
  • To provide coaching/training to local line management and line management as required to equip them with the skills to manage their teams to drive an inclusive and high-performing culture,
  • Maintains and enhances constructive and collaborative relationships with other regional sites, Global HQ and the wider group,
  • To ensure legal compliance in line with local laws and practices and in line with the company’s guidelines.
