As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Demand Planning Supervisor" with below requirements for our multinational client.

Qualifications

  • University degree,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • High level of business acumen,
  • S&OE, S&OP, AOP and PSP experience.
  • Open to work with a temporary fixed term contract.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Demand Planning processes in a global environment; transition process and project management experience is highly preferred,
  • Ability to work with various levels of functional stakeholders with high level of communication skills.
  • Having excellent influencing skills and credibility in dealing with senior management.

Job Description

  • Provide BU expertise on the Demand planning process and activities within the IBP process (iS&OE, iS&OP and iSP) and the interface of IBP with any other demand planning (forecasting, collaborative/consensus panning, demand shaping, etc) elements as required.
  • Ensure that business and user requirements are identified and addressed across all the above elements and they become the core input for user journeys that drive the development of technology, data and analytics ecosystems.
  • Understand Demand Planning Global design and help define BU gaps and change impacts
  • Work together with global demand planning leads, global Product team and BU Demand Planning management to develop demand planning solution for the BU
  • Own the BU IBP Demand Planning processes development, and defines action plans to drive the IBP demand planning agenda, in an integrated manner with the other IBP process leads (financial planning, supply planning, commercial planning and IBP lead)
  • Define User stories and User Journeys
  • Ensure appropriate Demand planning testing in the BU, including super users identification, collecting and addressing user feedback
  • Together with IBP lead and adoption lead drive Change Management agenda in the BU to ensure successful adoption of new/changed processes in the Demand Planning area, including cross-functional interactions.
  • Be a proactive BU Change and Digital Champion, engaging Demand Planning community into the new ways of working
  • Review and localize Demand Planning training materials, deliver BU training together with identified super users.
