As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a " Warranty Specialist" with below requirements for our multinational client operating in Automotive After Market.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification with University/Associate degree in the Automotive or Engineering segment,
• Vocationally trained in commercial or specific technical subject matter in automotive or industry technology,
• Minimum 2 years experience in technical warranty processes,
• Good verbal and written communication skills,
• English speaking and writing skills is essential,
• Good interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team,
• Valid driving license holder.

Requirements

• Execute local technical warranty claim analysis,
• Perform complain management,
• Deliver remote support to customers,
• Support quality assurance,
• Perform support on fairs,
• Conducts technical training (programs, workshops) for technical service and sales staff, customers or sales partners,
• Join technical service meetings in providing technical assistance to customers to gain first-hand insights,
• Analyse customer complaints and evaluate training needs.
