As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Technical Product Specialist" with below requirements for our client is one of the biggest player in Automotive sector.
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Electrical Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry preferably at Product Development, Quality and/or Aftersales Departments,
- Good verbal and written communication skills both in German and English,
- Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns,
- Experience in service diagnostic imaging equipment is an asset,
- Experience in Project Management,
- Knowledge about automotive industries/products, heavy trucks knowledge is a plus,
- Knowledge of tool manufacturing process,
- Location is in Germany.
Qualifications
- Acts as the primary liaison between company and importer/dealers,
- Evaluates and prioritizes customer support cases,
- Communicates and solves customers' problems via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings,
- Provides technical support to services for the high level problematic issues,
- Support launch pack phases to ensure service required deliverables are in line with GPDS to provide a serviceable product and service support that meets customer expectations,
- Tracks and manages quality issues working with all internal groups, including warranty, quality, product developments and marketing teams,
- Becomes a consultor for service operations such as roadside assistance, initial parts, tooling capability, required trainings etc.,
- Supports special tool development and production,
- Assesses after market applications and modification requests,
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment,
- Supports preparation and announcement of technical documents (User Manual, Warranty Manual, Service Repair Manuals, Technical Service Bulletins and similar) in timely manner.
