As REED Turkey, we are looking for a "Senior Brand Manager" with below requirements for our client in FMCG sector.


  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field with a successful academic record, master degree is an asset,
  • Min 7 years of marketing experience,
  • In depth knowledge in FMCG brand management,
  • Verbal and written fluency in English,
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management,
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment,
  • Result oriented,
  • Proactive,
  • Team player,
  • Flexible & quick in adaptation.

Job Description

  • Defining the strategy and action plan for the category and follow-up the execution together with the team members & cross-functional teams.
  • Tracking, measuring and monitoring the delivery of the marketing plan taking any necessary reactive action as appropriate.
  • Presenting strategy to local & global stakeholders with clear, structured presentations occasionally.
  • Tracking the performance of the categories to drive the necessary insights & take corrective actions for growth.
  • Following the competition and market closely.
  • Conducting necessary consumer research on need basis and shaping strategy in line with these insights.
  • Planning & executing launches with strong 360-degree communication plans. (Tv, Digital, POS, etc.)
  • Ensuring successful development and implementation of effective & efficient consumer communications, promotions, and activations.
  • Leading and steering account specific promo and activation plan and follow up for executing with SCM.
  • Stakeholder management: Internal management team + Agencies + Regional & Global teams.
  • Manage category budgets efficiently and in full.
