Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering
- Min 2 years of data network technology and network infrastructure experiences.
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Good knowledge of Office systems such as Excel and Power Point
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Eager to learn and develop
Job Description
- Preparation of Product specifications in Turkish.
- Reading and understanding of Project specifications & drawings and offering relevant products to these projects.
- Preparing quotes for projects and tenders.
- Responsible from P&L of the projects.
- Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department.
- Coordinating the development of training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops.
- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands.
- Effectively using of different tools (Navision, Microsoft Office etc)
- Performing quality control tests for new manufacturers or products.
- Reviewing the tests and documents provided by customers for 25 years warranty programme.
- Checking malfunctioned products returned by customers and finding solutions in coordination with product management.
