As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a " Demand & Supply Planning Specialist " with below requirements for our multinational client operating in FMCG sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering,
- At least 3 years of Demand & Supply Planning, Sales forecasting and Marketing experience,
- Advanced MS Office skills,
- Effective usage of SAP, SAP IBP Excell Add-in and SAP APO,
- Power Pivot, SQL, VB, Power BI usage is highly desired,
- Ability to conduct complex, quantitative and statistical analyses complimented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations,
- Motivated team member with strong problem-solving skills, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationship,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Requirements
- Responsible for managing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and meetings for Finished Goods products and VISIT/POS items,
- Responsible for managing the flow of supply to secure 100% Stock availability and efficient inventory levels,
- Responsible for ensuring alignment with company's financial plans,
- Continuous improvement suggestions and implementation through root cause analyzes within the Demand & Supply Planning process.
