Our client is looking to recruit a Project Support Administrator to support their projects team on an ongoing temporary basis.
The role will be to ensure the smooth running of the projects department, therefore, you will need to have good communication skills, a good telephone manner, ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy is key to this position.
You will need to be available immediately to start within the next 2-3 weeks.
The role will involve;
- Creation of documentation
- Health and safety documentation
- Assist in the Creation of submittals as and when required
- Uploading documents to customer information portals
- Administration duties as required by Project Manager
- General office administration
- Using MS Word, Excel and CAD.
