My client based in Central Woking is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to support the Family Law Team of Solicitors.
Due to Workload this is a 6 months contract – Our client is happy to look at Legal Secretaries with ideally Family Law experience or any other experience ie, Litigation, Private Law etc. Ideally able to start ASAP
Monday to Friday, (9am - 5.30pm)
Salary £24,000- £28,000 dependant on experience.
Main Duties
To prepare correspondence, documents and enclosures for dispatch.
To administer files to include opening, closing, storage and retrieval.
To make appointments, arrange meetings, book rooms for staff and clients.
To provide high quality, professional service to clients and staff in person or over the phone.
To keep all current files 100% accurately up to date.
To accurately maintain and update data in the practice management system.
To demonstrate ability to time manage and prioritise.
To take initiative for self development and accept changes and new challenges required to meet individual and departmental objectives.
To Support the effectiveness of the team but being positive and co-operative with all team members.
If you have previous Legal Secretary experience within a dispute resolution department then this is the role for you.
- Highly organised
- Previous legal secretary experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent customer service skills
