WHAT WE REQUIRE:
A confident HR professional HR Assistant that can start asap! This position will be working within the HR support team and assist with HR and payroll admin / duties
Implement and administer agreed HR policies and procedures (and associated administrative processes) in an efficient, effective but flexible manner.
Ensure that the HR database is updated regularly and accurately so that it provides an up-to-date and relevant department resource; and assist in the production of regular and ad hoc reports from the system as necessary.
To prepare and issue regular communications to all staff on behalf of senior management
Process the delivery of award (and bonus) schemes
To manage key service contracts to ensure delivery of good service is within budget
To be responsible for the content and layout of the HR Intranet site and staff handbook ensuring all information is relevant and up-to-date.
Provide proactive feedback and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and supervisors, assisting them in demonstrating good staff management and recruitment practices
Assist in the continuous review and improvement of the department’s processes and procedures to ensure that Human Resources provides a timely, accurate and efficient level of service.
As part of the HR Department, provide a flexible resource (people, skills and availability) to enable the department to adapt its services to create maximum benefits for the business.
