Reed HR are working with a small Not-For-Profit Organisation, based in Westminster to recruit a HR Advisor on a Part Time basis (4 days a week). 

This position will be supporting the Head of Finance and Resources by taking the lead on the day to day operational running of HR for the organisation. You will be first point of contact for all HR queries, and be responsible for creating/updating policy and procedures, 360 Recruitment, maintaining the HR system, and any and all first line Employee Relations casework. You will also be responsible for some Office Management Duties on a day to day basis, as well as L&D Co-ordination and Payroll Admin. 

Some of the responsibilities for this role include:

- Monitor and advise on all HR and Health & Safety Legislation. 
- Create and implement effective onboarding processes, including set up, risk assessments etc. 
- Maintain records, and up to date information on any and all grievance, disciplinary cases, performance reviews and exit interviews. 
- Support the development and implementation of HR Initiatives and systems. 
- Liaise and work closely with Stake holders and Line Managers to implement and update policies and procedures. 
- Support the Stake Holders with Office Administrative duties on an adhoc basis when required. 

This role is a Part Time position, ideally 4 days a weekMonday is an essential day that will you will need to be in the office. There is an urgent need, so ideally you will be immediately available also. 

You MUST have worked within a HR Advisory/Officer capacity previously, and have excellent HR Generalist experience. This role is not for someone looking to gain entry level experience within HR.
