This role offers a sales hungry individual the opportunity to manage and develop a varied portfolio of allocated B2B accounts. You will be responsible for the proactive engagement with existing and new partners. Identifying opportunities for development
-Working towards the daily achievement of Revenue Targets and agreed KPI's
• The daily review of Team performance against KPI's, targets and expectations
• Expert Account Management
• Developing new business through the booking and arrangement of webinars
• Ownership of relations with Business Partners
• Complaint handling and dealing with them in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a high level of customer service which exceeds consumer expectations
What we are looking for
• Minimum of 18 months experience in a sales/account management role
• Evidence of achieving results and working to Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs)
• Experience in CMS Systems
• IT literate
• A positive and enthusiastic outlook
• Professional telephone manner and a good command of the English language
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in confident objection handling
• Experience of motivating, influencing and gaining commitment from
customers
• Effective team work to support colleagues and foster a positive team
environment
