As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Customer Services Representative" with below requirements for our client operating in manufacturing sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred. Equivalent education and experience will be considered
- Excellent command of English; both written and verbally
- 2-4 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to clearly communicate at all levels within the organization, both written & verbally,
- Highly motivated, team oriented and possess excellent people and communication skills,
- Good analytical ability, vision, strategical thinking, planning skills, ethics.
Job Description
- Know the complete portfolio products and sales strategies (REP) as well as production and
stocking points within relevant area of responsibility, - Handle quotations according to local sales instructions and pricing history for IDD, Direct OEM and
MRO customers, LuSy and Seal Partners and proactively follow-up, - Provide Sales/ Account Team with sales history for continuous pricing updates (quotation and
contract), - Strong focus on proactive Orderbook Management and forecasting,
- Develop designed trainings and handouts for the customers to efficiently establish and maintain
common working processes, - Coordinate logistics set up, schedule update with Logistics Departments and deal with local
transport complains
