• Preferably with product development and category management experience.

Job Description

• Delivering the portfolio vision and respective product launch/category strategies (e.g. pace of innovation /discontinuation, innovation type, incremental turnover, respective distribution/support models, etc), targetting to reach most competitive and business building assortment (high performance/quality products at competitive prices) in Turkey and top 10 markets,
• Delivering winning annual product launch/discontinuation calendars and ensuring timely and quality delivery of it, collaborating with different contributing teams for excellent, integrated and consistent execution,
• Being on top of market and consumer trends and needs, identifying winning consumer insights, defining respective new product launches and delivering consumer centric concepts, communication ideas and stories
• Supporting CMO to identify new opportunities, brand building ideas to drive additional growth and/or efficiency
• Be responsible from sales turnover, profitiability, market share and key brand health figures of the brand
• Owning overall pricing strategy of the Brand; delivering pricing strategy for all new launches vs key competition in Turkey and top 10 markets and accordingly initiating and aligning annual price increases for the total portfolio,
• Ensuring Design to Value approach is brought to life for all new initiatives but also for existing ranges always on, leading quarterly Design to Value assessments and action plan development and delivery,
• Leading and developing Category team.
