Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering - University degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in sales/customer management in industrial organizations
- Ability to communicate, organize and work within a team
- Good command of English both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and challenge the business with high energy
- Excellent cooperation and analytical skills, open to innovations
- Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and CRM
- Take a pro-active approach to customer satisfaction
- Ability to travel
- B class driving licence
- No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description
- Manage technical and commercial proposal processes
- Being in very close coordination with internal departments both technical and commercial
- Review and manage the customers’ requests for optimum solutions
- Act as a contact point for internal and external customers during the enquiry and bidding processes
- Keeping a prioritized listing of outstanding tasks
- Respond to customers’ requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow all Dealer Channel development processes within the region
- Develop the right communication channel between the customer and the company
- Responsible for the regional sales reporting and analysis
- Carry out customer visits in the region under their responsibility
