As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Plant Manager" with below requirements for our client operating in Oil&Gas Sector, in Silivri, Ortakoy.
Qualifications
- University degree in Chemical Engineering and min. 2 years' experience in medical production areas
- Knowledge of fundamental Chemical Engineering principles
- Competency in verbal and written communication skills in English (min. CEF B2 level)
- Knowledge of MS Office programs is required for this role
- No restriction to travel abroad, as well as no military obligation for male candidates
- Location is Silivri, Ortaköy.
Requirements
- Responsible for production facilities within tube filling plant
- Taking role of “Medical Responsible Manager” and responsible releasing of medical grade products
- Following up plant performance, taking necessary actions to improve system effectively, and reporting daily and monthly production figures
- Following up plant process safety key indicators and correct deviations
- Taking role in improvement projects, planning and realizing maintenance activities
- Organizing the operation and other functions (sales, logistics, purchasing) required for the works within the area of responsibility, taking into account SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality)
- Following up SHEQ action plans and preparation for Audits, as well as complying with the company Integrity criteria in all its activities
- Prepare operating instructions and maintenance plans of the systems
